Working Together
PRESET sees an important link between local authorities and housing associations because many of the targeted young people live in social housing and in the estates in the most deprived boroughs.
Local Authorities
PRESET works on projects with the London boroughs of Newham, Hackney, Ealing, Haringey, Hounslow and Waltham Forest.
There are local offices in each of the above London boroughs.
Housing Associations
PRESET is currently working with the tenants of Inquilab and Sanctuary Housing Associations. Recent projects have included the tenants of Dominion, Shian & Catalyst Housing Associations. In addition there are close links with many other Housing Associations. (See below)
PRESET sees it as essential that these links are supplemented by private sector organisations which use unskilled labour and provide suitable training schemes such as the construction industry.
Amongst these are Cathedral Group plc, Higgins Group plc, Connaught Property Services plc, Mears Group, Durkan, Rydon Construction, St George Plc, KKM Architects, Frankham Consultancy Group, John Laing Partnership and Mulalley & Co.
